More international film festival nominations have gone to the award-winning short film Don't Leave Me (No me quites), directed by Laura Jou. This short story is going to participate at the Kin Women's International Film Festival of Yerevan (Armenia) in the next five days.
Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, is ready for the opening of the XIII Kin International Women's Film Festival (Կին միջազգային 13-րդ կինոփառատոնին, Yerevan, Armenia). The thirteenth edition of the Kin International Women's Film Festival counts on one of the short films of the moment: Don't Leave Me (No me quites), the fiction short film directed by Laura Jou and co-produced by Corte y Confección de Películas & Películas La Trini.
This Armenian film festival is starting today, Friday 4th November. The screenings and activities of this film competition will continue until Tuesday 8th November. To watch Don't Leave Me by Laura Jou it is necessary to wait until Sunday 6th. This screening will be done at the AGBU Armenia Hall (ԲԸՄ Հայաստանի դահլիճ) of Yerevan and will begin at 14:00 hours.
Don't Leave Me, the short by Laura Jou, has been included in the Official Competition of the XIII Kin International Women's Film Festival. A total of 61 fiction short films, animations, documentary shorts, and full-length films are going to be showcased during the five days of this film contest.

Just five of the selected films are animations. Their titles are: The Edge by Alexandra Averyanova (Russia), My Grandfather Was A Cherry Tree by Olga and Tatyana Poliektova (Russia), The Beard by Sofya Badalova (Russia), Abstract Painting by Tatiana Skorlupkina (Russia), and The Getaway Hotel by Electra Fotopoulou (United Kingdom).
Finally, the XIII Kin International Women's Film Festival has selected two full-length films: Dust Cloth by Ahu Ozturk (Turkey), and The Seagulls by Ella Manzheeva (Russia).
As for the country of origin of the films selected for participating in the current edition, these works have come from Russia (24 plus one co-production), Armenia (8), Spain (6), Germany (2), Iran (2), Poland (2), Turkey (2), Ukraine (2), Australia (1), Belgium (1), Bulgaria (1), Croatia (1), Hungary (1), Lithuania (1), Macedonia (1), United Kingdom (1 plus one co-production), Czech Republic (1), Sweden (1), France (two co-productions), South Korea (one co-production), and Iceland (one co-production).
