The IV Moralcine Festival de Cortometrajes de Moralzarzal (Moralzarzal, Madrid, Spain) is going to show the short films “The Drunkard' Walk” (El andar del borracho) by Pol Armengol and “Voyage Spatial” (Viaje espacial intergaláctico) by Guillermo A. Chaia continue to go to festivals throughout Spain and they are going to the Moralcine, the Festival de Cortometrajes de Moralzarzal (Moralzarzal, Madrid, Spain), this week-end.

Within a few hours, the VI Moralcine Festival de Cortometrajes de Moralzarzal will bring a selection of the best Spanish short films of the moment to Moralzarzal, a village near Madrid (Spain). Precisely, two short films promoted at film festivals by [ The House of Films ] are going to take part in this new edition of the Festival Moralcine: The Drunkard's Walk (El andar del borracho), directed by Pol Armengol, and Voyage Spatial, directed by Guillermo A. Chaia, are going to fight for the First Prize and the Second Prize.

The sixth Moralcine is going to screen a total of Spanish 16 short films on 27th and 28th October. Specifically, the screening of The Drunkard's Walk by Pol Armengol and Voyage Spatial by Guillermo A. Chaia has been scheduled just today, Friday 27th October. The session will be launched at 20:00 hours (UTC+2 CEST) and will take place at the Teatro Municipal de Moralzarzal.

The 2017 Official Competition is composed by the following titles:

  • La mano invisible by Marco Antonio Robledo,
  • Einstein-Rosen by Olga Osorio,
  • The Drunkard's Walk by Pol Armengol,
  • 112 by Wenceslao Scyzoryk,
  • 17 años juntos by Javier Fesser,
  • Voyage Spatial by Guillermo A. Chaia,
  • La invitación by Susana Casares,
  • Hostal Edén by Gonzaga Manso,
  • Parque by Mateo Garlo,
  • Dantzariak / Bailarines by Axier Salazar,
  • Estribillo by César Tormo,
  • Yerbabuena by Estefanía Cortés,
  • Esteban Torres by Pablo Arreba,
  • The App by Julián Merino,
  • Recauchutados by Carlos Caro, and
  • Las rubias by Carlota Martínez Pereda.

These 16 shorts will fight for the First Prize, consisting of € 700, and for the Second Prize, consisting of € 300, during the two days of the Festival de Cortometrajes de Moralzarzal.
