The audience of the Festival de Cortos con Ñ (Madrid, Spain) has decided to give an award to the short film Z Fest, directed by David Cordero. The awards gala of the current edition will be held within a few days from now.
Z Fest, the short film directed by David Cordero, is the winner of the Audience Award at the end of the current edition of the Festival Cortos con Ñ (Madrid, Spain). This award will be given, besides of the rest of the awards of this festival, on Tuesday 19th June.
Z Fest began its running in the 2018 edition of the Festival Cortos con Ñ last 12th December, 2017. The short directed by David Cordero stood out among its rivals then and won the audience voting that day. Thanks to the support of the people attending this session, the film made its way to the semi-finals of the Audience Award 2018.
The short Z Fest by David Cordero was screened again by the Festival Cortos con Ñ last February, specifically, on Tuesday 6th February. The first semi-final of the Audience Award was held that day. Once again, Z Fest won the approval of the people attending the screening and earned a place in the final of the Audience Award.
The final of Audience Award 2018 was recently carried out: on 5th and 12th June. Z Fest took part in the first session of the final, on Tuesday 5th June.
Once the votes of the audience during the two sessions of the final were counted, the Audience Award of the current edition went to Z Fest by David Cordero.

The awards ceremony of the Festival Cortos con Ñ 2018, as we have already mentioned, has been scheduled coming Tuesday 19th June. The gala will commence at 20:00 hours (UTC+2 CEST) and will be held at La Escalera de Jacob, in Madrid.
