I Hate You, Bonsai, And GrasMan Competing At The Barcelona Visual Sound

The short films I Hate You by Rafa Rojas-Díez, Bonsai by Óscar Martín, and GrasMan by David Galán are competing at the Barcelona Visual Sound (Catalonia, Spain) these days.

The Barcelona Visual Sound (Catalonia, Spain) has selected the short films I Hate You (Te odio) by Rafa Rojas-Díez, Bonsai by Óscar Martín, and GrasMan by David Galán, all of them promoted at film festivals by [ The House of Films ], for competing in its ninth edition.

This Catalan festival opened its doors last January 20th and it is going to continue until February 17th.

As a part of its film screening, yesterday, on February 8th, the Barcelona Visual Sound showed the short film GrasMan by David Galán at the Casal de Joves Palau Alòs. GrasMan is currently competing in the Secció Competició de Ficció (Fiction Competition Category). Yesterday, it was screening with the shorts El punto rojo. Tomatina orígenes, Gisëlle & Malice, La rueda de la vida, Confidencias de una cama, Sin palabras, Vols que parlem?, Decapoda Shock, Ocaso, Luciérnaga, Estereoscopía, Lagun mina, A los que gritan, Indirizzo, Avance, and Reflexiones de un picaporte during the first screening session of this category.

Today, this festival from Barcelona is screening the short films I Hate You by Rafa Rojas-Díez and Bonsai by Óscar Martín. Both films are going to be showed at 19:30 at the Espai Jove La Fontana. I Hate You and Bonsai are going to be screened with the shorts (Menos 1), Hashshashin, Buen gusto, Luciano, La broma, She's Lost Control by Haritz Zubillaga, Túnel, 5 millones, Lone-illness, 70 m2 by Miguel A. Carmona, Amarillo limón, Sólo sé que no sé nada, and Bucle. These short films are also competing in the Fiction Competition Category and they are part of the second screening session of this category.

The category where I Hate You, Bonsai, and Grasman are competing is only open to less-than-35-year-old filmmakers. The category is granting a € 600 award and an Audience Award with € 200.
