Adiós, muñeca (Goodbye, Doll) has won a new nomination. It has just been accepted for the Official Competition at the 8th International Short Film Festival of Balchik, Bulgaria. This Festival will take place from June 19th till 26th, 2010.

Adiós, muñeca (Goodbye, Doll), the short film directed by Hugo Sanz and shot by 29Letras, has been selected for the Festival of Balchik, Bulgaria. The International Short Film Festival of Balchik, held in a small village on the Black Sea coast, is one of the emergent festivals in Eastern Europe. In the last years, these Eastern European festivals have won an increasing reputation on the European festival circuit. This year's edition, under the motto "Less is More", will screen an exclusive selection of the best audiovisual works from Europe and from the rest of the world from June 19th to 26th.

The International Short Film Festival of Balchik has six festival programmes: Main Competition, Television Film, Commercial Video & Film, Music Video, In Between (experimental films), and Student Film Competitions. Each programme has its own section, which varies from fiction films to mockumentaries. Adiós, muñeca (Goodbye, Doll) by Hugo Sanz will contend for the Main Competition as a fiction work.

Finally, it should be noted that the International Short Film Festival of Balchik organizes an audiovisual market, too.
